My favorite Top 5 coffee shops in Yaletown

1. Coo Coo Coffee - 477 Davie St, Vancouver BC

Coo Coo Coffee is the perfect destination when you’re feeling unusually off and “cuckoo” yourself. There is a great selection on coffee, sandwiches and muffins. The most notable feature of Coo Coo Coffee? Not their indoor seating, which is somewhat limited. But what is marvelous is their outdoor deck, which is even thoughtfully covered during the coldest months. It’s also roomy (plenty of comfy padded seating) and raised above street level. In additional, this coffee shop is actually the most dog friendly cafe.

2. Café Artigiano -302 Davie St, Vancouver

Cafe Artigiano has a delicious coffee, friendly baristas, plenty of seating inside and out. Beans available to-go. Lots of pastries to choose from. The Music fits the ambience and not to loud if you have a business & friend meeting.

3. JJ Bean Roasters - 402 Davie St, Vancouver

JJ Bean has light and bright interior design which seems a bit swanky. If you have time to hang out and enjoy a coffee with friends a big patio will make you feel comfortable. Right on a corner of the patio is great for people and dog watching on a sunny day. The coffee drinks are excellent - strong and delicious. The croissants here are fresh, flaky and buttery. I would say the best in Yaletown.

4. Small Victory -1088 Homer St, Vancouver, BC

This spot lives up to its name - it's home to lovely decor and passionate bakers and baristas. The bakery is amazing and the people really know all about the products because they bake it all right there. Great place to meet with client or spend time with family.

5. Tree Organic - 1391 Richards St, Vancouver BC

Trees Organic Coffee is the most famous for their cheesecake.
This place is fantastic. Their americanos are rich, smooth and delicious. The Sin cheese cake is definitely their top seller.
Overall this is a great place to sit down for a nice chat over coffee or just to hang out and get some work & study done.

If you are in the area, pop by if you see me and we can discuss real estate or how I started and grew my business.

Would love to invite you for a coffee to answer any of your real estate questions.
