Are you interested in selling or buying your home in the next few months?  Contact Carmen to arrange an appointment. 604.218.4846   carmen@carmenleal.ca    Click Here - POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEW   Recipe: From Spain with Love:  Simple White Wine Sangria  Ingredients  ·       3 medium oranges, cut into wedges (or 1 cup orange juice) ·       1 lemon (2 3/8 inch diameter), cut into wedges ·       1 lime, cut into wedges ·       1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine, chilled ·       2 ounces brandy, optional ·       2/3 cup white sugar ·       2 cups club soda (or ginger ale)        Directions  1) Gather the ingredients. 2) Squeeze the juice from the citrus wedges into the pitcher. If possible, remove the seeds and toss in the wedges. If you're using orange juice instead, add it to the pitcher. 3) Pour the white wine into the pitcher with the fruit. 4) If using, add the brandy and the sugar. Stir very well to ensure that all of the sugar is dissolved. 5) If not serving right away, place it in the fridge. Drain well. Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a small non-stick frying pan and cook the onion until softened. Add the chorizo and cook for a few minutes then stir in the parsley.    STEP 2 Beat the eggs in a large bowl and season really well. Tip the potatoes, onion and chorizo into the bowl then mix and stir. STEP 3 Wipe out the frying pan then add a tbsp more oil and heat again. Tip in the egg mix and leave over a medium heat until the bottom is browned and the top is set. Flip the tortilla onto a plate then slide the uncooked side down back into the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the bottom is set.   ENJOY!
