The Activity and Prices are probably going to increase in this coming year 2024. The reason behind this is that the interest rates are going to stay as they are for the beginning of the year. The Interest rates will slowly start to decrease in the balance of the year and this is going to increase the demand and prices. In the Vancouver market we always have way more demand then supply so BUYERS out there it is probably a really great time to start your home search between now and spring of next year. If you are a SELLER you probably want to start getting ready to start putting your property on the market for Spring 2024.
